About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Salesforce tools such as Journey Builder and AMPscript.
- Develop automated workflows using Automation Studio to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in developing applications on the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Journey Builder, AMPscript, Automation Studio, and other relevant Salesforce features.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
