Rate: INR 2,10,000/month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with strong hands-on experience in SFMC implementation, integrations, automation and customer engagement solutions. Candidates focused only on campaign/email operations will not be considered.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation
- Strong experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions and SQL
- Develop and manage customer journeys, automations and data workflows
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud and third-party systems
- Experience with REST API, SOAP API, SFTP, JSON and XML
- Implement Email, WhatsApp and Push Notification journeys
- Work with APIs, data integrations and enterprise marketing platforms
- Experience with Git, CI/CD and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot integrations, automations and SFMC data issues
- Collaborate with CRM, IT and business teams on enterprise implementations
