We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst with strong expertise in campaign management, CRM, and marketing automation to support enterprise campaign migration and platform transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in Business Analysis across campaign management, CRM, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of outbound campaign operations across Voice, SMS, IVR, and/or digital marketing channels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Experience with data structures, contact lists, file-based integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience supporting campaign migration, platform modernization, or transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on involvement in UAT, including test scenarios, defect triage, stakeholder validation, and business sign-off.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar project tracking tools.

Good to Have

• NICE CXone or other contact center platform experience.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and marketing data integrations.
• Knowledge of IVR campaign platforms such as AcuCall or IVR Technology.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience in healthcare, patient services, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to large-scale campaign migration or platform consolidation programs.
