Salesforce Lead

We are hiring Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect
Location: Pan India
Experience: 8+yrs

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Integrations.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams and driving end-to-end technical delivery.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Automotive Cloud experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in B2B Commerce and/or D2C Commerce implementations, including storefront customization, checkout flows, order management, and integrations.
- Expertise in solution design, application architecture, data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and development best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, Application Architect, or relevant Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
