Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that enable patient-centric and member-centric healthcare experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Health Cloud data models, Experience Cloud, integrations, and healthcare domain workflows. In this role, you will build scalable applications, integrations, and automation solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs while supporting complex healthcare and life sciences business processes. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, UX teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing, and compliant Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Map healthcare, clinical, and life sciences data into the Salesforce Health Cloud standard data model using Person Accounts.
• Design and implement scalable Health Cloud solutions supporting patient and member-centric workflows.
• Build and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud portals using LWC, Aura Components, and standard Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with enterprise branding standards.
• Create and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and SOQL-based solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware platforms.
• Support multi-system and cross-org data synchronization and integration requirements.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, declarative automation, and business processes.
• Implement API-based integrations with healthcare platforms, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, healthcare regulations, and data protection standards.
• Optimize platform performance and proactively troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release activities.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce development best practices.
• Strong understanding of Person Accounts and their usage within Health Cloud.
• Expertise in Health Cloud Data Model and healthcare-specific architecture patterns.
• Understanding of Care Plans and Care Teams and their role in patient care management.
• Experience with Patient Timeline configuration and patient journey visibility.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and healthcare data security requirements.
• Understanding of Consent Management and patient privacy frameworks.
• Familiarity with Patient Data Duplication handling and master patient record management.
• Strong understanding of Patient 360 implementations and patient-centric engagement models.
• Knowledge of clinical data models and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) processes.
• Experience supporting healthcare workflows and life sciences business processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations in Healthcare or Life Sciences domains.
• Proven experience developing scalable and secure Salesforce applications.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience building custom UI components and healthcare-specific workflows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security model.
• Experience with integration technologies including REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Declarative Development.
• Experience with cross-org integrations and complex data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Health Cloud data architecture and patient data management.
