Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst

About Position: We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, understand healthcare business needs, and translate them into clear functional requirements. The role will support Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and enhancement initiatives across patient management, care coordination, care plans, patient engagement, provider relationship management, and case management.

• Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze and document business processes, use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Support Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Document healthcare workflows related to patient management, care coordination, care plans, patient engagement, provider relationship management, and case management.
• Work with Solution Architects and development teams to design scalable solutions.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, demos, and business walkthroughs.
• Prepare functional test cases, UAT scenarios, process documentation, workflows, and training materials.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation, user story creation, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT planning.
• Healthcare and Life Sciences business process knowledge, including patient journey and care management workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory considerations.
• Preferred exposure to EMR/EHR integrations, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Agile/Scrum, GxP, HL7/FHIR, and CSV validation processes.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce AI Associate, or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
