Key Responsibilities

• Configure work orders, service appointments, service resources, territories, skills, and operating hours.
• Implement scheduling policies, resource assignment, and scheduling optimization.
• Configure the dispatcher console and support dispatch workflows.
• Configure and support the Field Service mobile app, including offline workflows.
• Build automation and custom functionality using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Support integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Salesforce Field Service implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, dispatching, and field service operations.
• Experience with the Field Service mobile app and Salesforce Service Cloud fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data models, and integrations.
• Apex, SOQL, LWC, and REST API experience for developer positions.
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification preferred
