Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to deliver end-to-end Salesforce platform engineering, combining configuration, development, integration, and operational support. Aligned to a Salesforce Engineer job family, this role requires hands-on expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong integration capabilities, and a delivery-focused mindset to support feature development, releases, and production stability.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce platform features to meet evolving business requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage Salesforce environments including sandboxes, access, and configuration
• Coordinate release planning and support deployments across environments
• Optimize platform performance to ensure scalability and reliability
• Resolve production incidents and troubleshoot platform issues
• Enhance existing Salesforce solutions in line with business and operational needs
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams within an Agile delivery framework
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain quality standards
