Role & responsibilities

• Lead OmniStudio design and development activities.
• Design end-to-end digital customer engagement solutions.
• Build reusable OmniStudio assets and frameworks.
• Guide teams in implementing OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
• Participate in business requirement discussions and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and solution reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Vlocity best practices.
• Support deployments and production releases.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex OmniStudio implementations.
