Salesforce DevOps Professional

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-10 years of Salesforce experience, with strong DevOps exposure.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, VS Code, Metadata API and change sets.
• Good understanding of Copado
• Experience managing deployments across DEV SIT UAT Production.
• Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, package.xml, destructive changes and dependency management.
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts and metadata issues.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, Apex, LWC and integrations sufficient to assess deployment dependencies.
• Experience working with multiple development teams and release trains.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with BA, QA, developers, architects and business stakeholders.
