Salesforce Developers

• 5-8yrs years of experience in Salesforce applications development

. The candidate should be familiar with integration APIs, and experience with iFrame and LWC is preferred.

• Salesforce Certification: A Salesforce Applications Developer should have one or more Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. These certifications validate the developers knowledge and expertise in building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

• Salesforce Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and various functionalities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, workflow rules, process builder, and customization options is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

• Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including security, user management, and data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

• Understanding of integration techniques and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
