Your role Information Technology - Salesforce Application - P1 - IND To support the client delivery team in:

• Analyzing and interpreting customer requirements,
• High level requirements capture and design,
• Reviewing and matching client requirements to GFN application capabilities
• Gap analysis and documentation
• Project work-stream planning, execution and change control
• Contribute to pre and post go-live support processes to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize impact to business operations In addition there will be a requirement to support the end to end delivery cycle from the initial requirements capture, through design, build and test cycles, to interface with UAT and Production support processes, and post implementation support.

What You'll Be Doing Information Technology - Salesforce Application - P1 - IND Job Description

• Understand the FLEETCOR products and capabilities, and deliver robust change management, whilst minimizing product customization
• Closely interface with the Development Center, Infrastructure and Global Test teams to ensure clarity of requirements, and the operational SLA’s for every customer implementation
• Create standard templates and processes for requirement analysis, project management and status reporting.
• Travel to customer implementation sites to gather and confirm requirements, explain and agree deliverables
• Ensure complete documentation of requirements, projects, customization features and all other delivery artifacts
