Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and production support.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce integrations. The candidate will be responsible for working across the complete Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

Experience with Salesforce DX/SFDX, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and MuleSoft will be highly preferred.

Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Configure and develop Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, and automation. Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Implement appropriate Salesforce integration patterns and API solutions. Perform data migration, data cleansing, data validation, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production defects. Implement Salesforce security best practices, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security. Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce coding standards, governor limits, security guidelines, and development best practices.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system testing, technical discussions, and release activities. Support Salesforce deployment and CI/CD processes using SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and Developers. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions. Mentor junior Salesforce developers and contribute to technical and architectural decisions. Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for critical issues.

8+ years of overall IT experience. 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow. Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and object relationships. Good knowledge of Salesforce security:

Profiles Permission Sets Roles Sharing Rules Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD) Field-Level Security Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and coding best practices. Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns. Hands-on experience with data migration and data management. Experience with Salesforce DX/SFDX, Git, and CI/CD. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. Experience with Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms. Experience with Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or other Salesforce DevOps tools. Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
