Job Summary

SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for Salesforce Developer in Pune. We are looking for a Jr. Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform development. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, integrations, customization, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, developing custom solutions, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
• Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and manage deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Support Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Automation Flows.

Mandatory Skills

• 4-6 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with LWC and Integration.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
