Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Implement data migration, data quality, and security controls.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes and release management activities.
