Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and administration activities.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
• Design and implement Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Record Types, Page Layouts, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and specifications.
• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend Salesforce best practices.
• Manage deployments across multiple Salesforce environments using Change Sets and deployment tools.
• Coordinate and manage release dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Support release management activities and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and executive sponsors during requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application issues.
• Maintain system documentation and deployment records.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with deployment management using Change Sets.
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments.
• Strong understanding of Release Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to review code and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to independently gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
