Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRMA Developer with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and hands-on expertise in CRM Analytics (CRMA), formerly known as Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics. The candidate will be responsible for developing Salesforce applications, building analytics dashboards, designing data models, and delivering data-driven insights to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics applications using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
• Build and maintain CRMA dataflows, recipes, datasets, and data synchronization processes.
• Write and optimize SAQL queries for data analysis, calculations, and visualization.
• Design data models and implement data transformation processes to support analytics requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Implement data security, access controls, and row-level security for CRMA dashboards and datasets.
• Optimize dashboard performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Tableau CRM, or Einstein Analytics.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of SAQL, CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, dataflows, and recipes.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom objects, and data relationships.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce CRM Analytics certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
