Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and customizations while ensuring system scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and maintain Salesforce custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation tools.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and optimize existing implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for production issues.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Proficiency in:
• Apex Programming
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce Pages
• SOQL & SOSL
• Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile Development methodologies.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
