Job Summary:

The Salesforce Developer designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports scalable

solutions across the Salesforce platform. This role partners with business stakeholders,

product owners, architects, administrators, and integration teams to translate

requirements into secure, maintainable capabilities that improve business processes

and user outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce engineering skills

with sound judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to platform quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web

Components, Flow, SOQL, and platform configuration.

 Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured, reusable, and

supportable implementations.

 Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST or SOAP

APIs, middleware, platform events, and asynchronous processing.

 Configure objects, fields, validation rules, permissions, sharing, reports,

dashboards, and automation in accordance with platform standards.

 Create unit and integration tests, maintain required code coverage, and support

functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

 Participate in code reviews and promote secure coding, source control,

documentation, and release-management practices.

 Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver durable

corrective actions.

 Monitor platform health, governor limits, data quality, and technical debt;

recommend improvements proactively.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design, estimation, sprint

planning, deployment, and post-release support.

 Protect sensitive data by applying least-privilege access, appropriate sharing

models, auditability, and organizational security requirements.

 Evaluate Salesforce releases and platform capabilities to identify opportunities

for simplification and innovation.

 Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

 Three or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a

professional environment.

 Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flows,

and Salesforce security concepts.

 Experience with declarative configuration, data modeling, bulk-safe development,

and integrations with external systems.

 Working knowledge of automated testing, debugging, deployment, and

production support.

 Ability to analyze complex requirements, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver

high-quality solutions with limited supervision.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with

technical and nontechnical partners

Preferred Qualifications:

 Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification or Technical

Architect Certification.

 Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud,

and/or Life Sciences Cloud.

 Experience with enterprise integration platforms, continuous integration and

delivery pipelines, Salesforce DX, and scratch organizations.

 Knowledge of data migration, master data management, observability, and

release automation.

 Experience using Git-based source control and a structured software delivery

lifecycle.

 Experience in a regulated industry such as medical technology, healthcare, life

sciences, or manufacturing.

 Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
