Salesforce Developer

Are you a passionate Salesforce Developer looking to build scalable, high-impact solutions across a global enterprise?

At Allied Universal, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and build customized Salesforce functionality to support our Regional, Business Unit Sales, and Customer Support teams across North America and International (legacy G4S) operations.

As a technical subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex business challenges with innovative software solutions, and provide expert guidance on development strategy and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch/queueable jobs), Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Business Automation & Data Architecture: Build and optimize process automations, custom objects, custom fields, and validation rules using declarative tools (Salesforce Flow, custom settings, custom metadata) while strictly adhering to platform governor limits.
• System Integration: Design, develop, and connect external CRM, ERP, and third-party systems to Salesforce using Web Services (REST & SOAP APIs) and enterprise middleware solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Write robust Apex test classes ensuring high code coverage; manage sandbox environments and execute seamless deployments via version control systems.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve code defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues to maintain optimal system reliability and uptime.
• Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile frameworks across onsite-offshore delivery models, participating in technical peer reviews and driving continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

Technical Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Force.com and Lightning Platforms.
• Core Apex & Web Dev: Advanced proficiency in Apex development (triggers, asynchronous Apex, database architecture) along with strong LWC, Aura, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Data & Declarative Tools: Deep expertise in SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, schema design, Salesforce Flow, and metadata configuration.
• Integrations: Proven track record of developing API integrations (REST/SOAP) and working with middleware tools to connect Salesforce with third-party software.
• Security: Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Object/Field-Level Security, and Sharing Rules).
• AI Tooling: Expertise in leveraging AI models/tools to write efficient prompts, generate code, and streamline technical solutioning.

• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics (CRMA) certification
• CRM Analytics: Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics / CRMA is highly preferred.
