About this role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver high-quality applications and integrations. The role requires strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. - Overall 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing business processes.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities, components, and configurations, including implementing new Salesforce instances from scratch.
- Proficient in configuration, customization, and programming with Apex (classes, triggers, actions), Web Services, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Visualforce, and JSON.
- In-depth Salesforce.com integration experience with enterprise services via real-time APIs, Streaming APIs, offline sync (using Informatica or similar tools), and integrations with other Salesforce orgs. Experience with Salesforce Connect is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and proven ability to design scalable applications using asynchronous jobs, bulk processing, parallel processing, platform cache, and Lightning Data Service (LDS).
- Practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange, and other Salesforce metadata using org/package deployment models; experience with GitHub for version control.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Salesforce, including debugging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows/Processes, page performance, SOQL, and API integrations.
- Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations.
- Good knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably Oracle.
- Prior experience in Reactive JS development and REST-based service development.
- Experience working on Agile project teams is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task/project management, and organizational skills.
- Extensive programming and development experience.
- Experience integrating and leveraging Agentic AI tools (such as Agentforce Vibes or Salesforce Einstein) to enhance sales processes, forecasting, and lead management.
- Ability to design and implement AI-powered features (e.g., predictive lead scoring, opportunity insights, sales recommendations) within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with configuring and consuming AI-driven analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven sales decisions.
5+ years of experience in IT.
Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline.
