Job Summary

Looking for a Salesforce Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce metadata, data structures, and backend migration, particularly Salesforce-to-Sybase migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce metadata, objects, fields, relationships, forms, record types, and validation rules.
• Understand how Salesforce metadata drives application forms and data structures.
• Extract Salesforce metadata and data for backend migration.
• Map Salesforce objects/fields to Sybase tables/columns.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support Salesforce-to-Sybase data migration and troubleshoot migration issues.
• Document data models, mappings, metadata, and migration logic.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, database, architecture, and migration teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years relevant Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce Metadata & Data Model knowledge.
• Salesforce Objects, Fields, Relationships, Record Types, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Picklists.
• Metadata API / Object Metadata experience.
• Sybase/Sybase ASE and strong SQL.
• Data migration, ETL, source-to-target mapping, data validation and reconciliation.
• Ability to translate Salesforce configuration/metadata into backend database structures.

Good to Have

Tooling API, REST/SOAP API, Bulk API, Salesforce CLI, Informatica/Talend/MuleSoft, Apex, data governance and metadata management.
