Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-14 years of experience in Salesforce development using Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of MuleSoft ESB (MSE) integration with Salesforce.
- Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
