Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform Development. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization

• Mandatory expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Lightning Experience

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Experience in developing custom applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules

• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity

• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Data Model, and asynchronous processing

• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

• Hands-on experience in debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews

• Experience in requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support

• Experience in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support projects

• Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, OmniStudio, or Salesforce Industries is an added advantage

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Mandatory expertise in Salesforce Development, LWC, Apex, Triggers, Integrations, APIs, SOQL, and Lightning Framework

• Hands-on experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple business domains
