Required Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)
- Solution Architect certification is a plus
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, and Triggers
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, and SSO
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Security, Flows, and Support Processes
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Good-to-Have
- CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) implementation experience
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Jira, and other DevOps tools
- Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
