About the Role


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and third-party tools .
• Build, configure, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes .
• Develop and manage asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Future Methods, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex .
• Implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices, security standards, and data access controls.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce development standards.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and system integrations .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation tools .
• Experience with Batch, Future, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex .
• Good understanding of the Salesforce security model , including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Data Access.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools and development environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.
