About this role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and production/technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions.
- Provide technical and production support for Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Work with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.
- Support deployments, testing, monitoring, and release activities.
- Develop and maintain integrations and automation within Salesforce/SFMC.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Salesforce development and configuration experience.
- Experience in Production Support / Technical Support .
- Good knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, SQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
