Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and change management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Flows
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
