We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of professional development experience to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom object development to support complex business requirements. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Core Development Activities

• Apex Development: Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom logic to extend Salesforce functionality and support business requirements
• Custom Objects Data Models: Design and implement custom objects, fields, relationships, and data models that align with organizational data structures and security requirements
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and lightning base components, following Salesforce design patterns and best practices
• Visual force Pages: Develop and maintain Visualforce pages where necessary, including integration with Apex controllers
• Process Automation: Implement complex workflows, process builder automations, and Flow designs to streamline business processes without relying solely on declarative tools

Integration API Development

• REST SOAP APIs: Design and implement integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Apex REST/SOAP services
• System Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using various integration patterns
• Data Migration: Execute data migrations, data transformations, and bulk operations using appropriate tools (Data Loader, bulk APIs)
• API Design: Develop custom APIs and web services to expose Salesforce functionality to external systems

Quality Assurance Deployment

• Test-Driven Development: Write comprehensive test classes and Apex test methods achieving minimum 80% code coverage
• Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Debugging Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve issues in Salesforce applications using debugging tools and logs
• Deployment Management: Own release cycles including planning, validation, testing, and deployment of changes from development to production environments
• DevOps CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, version control systems (Git), and DevOps tools (Gearset, Autorabit, Salesforce DevOps Center, etc.)

Collaboration Communication

• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather business requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, and present solutions
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge Sharing: Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and sharing technical knowledge

Continuous Improvement

• Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and security guidelines
• Platform Mastery: Stay updated with Salesforce releases (3 releases per year), new features, and platform innovations through Trailhead and technical communities
• Performance Optimisation: Optimize code performance, database queries (SOQL), and bulkify operations to handle large data volumes
