We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (Tech Lead) with 8 years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role involves leading the design and development of personalized marketing solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and CloudPages, with hands-on proficiency in Data Extensions, SQL, and AMPscript.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
