Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce solutions for enterprise financial services platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies and domain expertise in nCino. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST APIs
- Configure, customize, and support Salesforce and nCino solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain integration between Salesforce, nCino, and external systems.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support end-to-end testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Stay current with Salesforce and nCino platform enhancements and releases.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5 - 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Flows, and Batch Apex.
- Hands-on experience with nCino implementation, customization, configuration, and integration (Mandatory).
- Salesforce REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Banking, Lending, Mortgage, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services domain experience using nCino.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Playwright for test automation and end-to-end testing.
- Experience of using Agentforce Vibes or Copilot or any equivalent AI assistant
- Salesforce and/or nCino certifications.
