Salesforce Developer Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations using APIs.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources allocation, and quality control.

Job Requirements :

• 7-16 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong background in life sciences or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in developing complex Salesforce applications using Agile methodologies.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
