Salesforce Developer Lead

Job Description :

• Over 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Proficient in Apex (classes, batch classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder, Flow, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and security model.
• Experienced in building and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and third-party system integrations using JSON and XML.
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills with hands-on experience in scalable application design, development, and system management.
• Expertise in Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Visual Studio Code, Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Recognized as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, best practices, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.
• Familiar with front-end and backend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Java, .NET, SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Sybase.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Holds or is pursuing Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce platform configuration, customization, development, and production support, with strong domain expertise in Financial Services and Investment Banking.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations and enterprise transformation programs within Corporate and Investment Banking environments.
• Recognized as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep technical and functional expertise across the Salesforce platform, driving solution architecture and best practices.
• Experienced in managing global delivery models, including coordinating with offshore development teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership in building high-performing teams, mentoring developers, and fostering effective collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience managing 24x7 production support environments, ensuring high system availability, incident resolution, performance optimization, and adherence to SLAs.
