Job Title: Salesforce Data Migration
Location: India

Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days
Role Overview
Responsible for migrating data into Salesforce CRM using Data Loader, ensuring
accuracy and collaborating closely with architects and client teams for data mapping
and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
o Extract, analyze, and interpret Salesforce data to provide actionable
insights.
o Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
Data Quality & Management
o Perform data cleanup, validation, and migration activities.
o Develop processes to monitor and improve data quality and integrity.
Collaboration
o Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to
ensure data meets business needs.
o Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
Process Improvement
o Recommend enhancements based on Salesforce features and best
practices.
o Assist in implementing CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
Technical Tasks
o Use tools like Data loader and excel for advanced data analysis.
o Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain system accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud or
Health Cloud.
Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration processes.
