Exp: 6+ years
Location: Pan India
Must Have
Salesforce Technical Lead / Data Migration Lead / Salesforce Architect with strong experience in large-scale CRM transformation and legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs.
- End-to-end Salesforce Data Migration delivery experience.
- Data Profiling and Data Cleansing expertise.
- Data Mapping and Transformation design.
- Cutover Planning and Mock Migration execution.
- Stakeholder Management and Client Interaction.
- Team mentoring and leadership capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
At least 2 full-cycle Salesforce implementation programs.
Experience handling multi-million record migrations.
Experience in global transformation programs.
Exposure to Sales, Service, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud implementations.
