We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.
• Configure Data Streams, data ingestion, DLOs, DMOs, data mapping, and data harmonization.
• Implement Identity Resolution, Unified Individual Profiles, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
• Develop agent actions using Apex, Flow, and APIs, and troubleshoot/optimize agent responses.
• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce/Data Cloud with external systems using APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployments, production support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product, business, Salesforce Admin, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
