Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms, CRM, marketing technology, or data management.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Design, develop, and maintain Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) to onboard and harmonize data from Databricks and other enterprise data platforms.
- Define and implement Data Cloud data models, relationships, mappings, and integration strategies.
- Configure and optimize identity resolution, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, and data harmonization.
- Design and manage audience segments for commercial, marketing, and customer engagement use cases.
- Develop scalable audience activation frameworks using Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
- Support data publishing and activation to downstream platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and approved third-party platforms.
- Provide technical guidance on audience design, segmentation, Data Cloud best practices, and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and reusable solution patterns.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
- Develop solution documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures to support platform adoption.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing DLOs, DMOs, and Data Cloud data models.
- Experience integrating and onboarding large-scale datasets from Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of identity resolution, data harmonization, customer profile unification, and calculated insights.
- Experience building audience segments and implementing activation use cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
