Salesforce CRM Testing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Develop automated tests using Selenium Automation framework to improve testing efficiency.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce testing or related field.
• Strong understanding of Selenium Automation testing tools and technologies.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
