JD - Salesforce CPQ Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Configure Product Rules, Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, Approvals, Amendments, and Renewals.
- Implement and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Revenue Lifecycle Management processes.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
- Collaborate with Business, Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, Billing, Order Management, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, deployments, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and optimize CPQ and Revenue Cloud performance issues.

Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong experience in Revenue Cloud / Agent force Revenue Management implementation.
- Expertise in:
o Product Configuration & Bundling o Pricing & Discounting
o Contracting, Renewals & Amendments
o Subscription Management
o Revenue Lifecycle Management
- Proficient with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Integration Patterns, and Salesforce Best Practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, or Copado, JIRA. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce Billing.
- Exposure to Agent force AI capabilities within Revenue Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue processes.
