Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), pricing configuration, and quote management. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Price Rules, Product Rules, and ARM (Advanced Revenue Management or the client's intended ARM functionality). The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, and pricing workflows.
• Configure product bundles, product options, pricing methods, and discount schedules.
• Manage quote creation, pricing calculations, and quote document generation.
• Troubleshoot CPQ configuration issues and resolve pricing or quoting errors.
• Work on ARM-related requirements as applicable to the project.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and assist with deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support existing Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Mandatory Skills

• 4 to 9 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of Price Rules and Quote Management.
• Experience with product configuration, pricing logic, and discounting.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and business processes.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ARM-related functionality.
• Knowledge of Product Rules, Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP), and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
