About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience, specializing in Salesforce Apex and Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud). As a key member of our growing Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications that drive our success.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Implement and support Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop custom business logic, integrations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and batch processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements effectively.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex programming.
• Proven experience with Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) implementations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning Components.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms for integration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
