Salesforce Consultant

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including demonstrated leadership or

lead ownership

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation

tools

• Advanced proficiency in SOQL, including query optimization, complex queries, and performance

tuning

• Proven experience managing Salesforce release cycles and driving feature adoption
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and

sharing models

• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of platform performance optimization, scalability, and governor limits
• Experience driving technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator OR Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Copado) and modern DevOps practices • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations across complex use cases • Familiarity with data management, storage optimization, and backup/recovery solutions (e.g., OwnBackup) • Strong awareness of evolving technology trends, with the ability to introduce innovative solutions and best practices • Ability to align technical decisions with organizational vision and translate strategy into team-level execution • Salesforce Certified Application Architect • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
