Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Communications Cloud, Vlocity, and OmniStudio to join our team at Intellicloud Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Communications Cloud and Vlocity solutions.
- Work hands-on with OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Configure and customize telecom product catalogues, CPQ, and order management processes.
- Develop integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills:
- 510 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Communications Cloud / Vlocity / OmniStudio.
- Practical implementation experience with OmniStudio components.
- Knowledge of telecom business processes, product configuration, CPQ, and order management.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform development and integrations.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer.
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.
- Salesforce Communications Cloud-related certifications.
Preference: Candidates with hands-on implementation experience in telecom projects are highly preferred.
