Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer - S

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications and integrations.
• Monitor production environments and proactively identify performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Analyze logs, application errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support code deployments, releases, and environment management activities.
• Work closely with development teams to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Manage and support integrations with payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Monitor site performance, availability, and transaction health.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, change management, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) support and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
• Experience with:
• JavaScript
• HTML5
• CSS3
• ISML Templates
• XML and JSON
• Knowledge of SFCC OCAPI, SCAPI, Web Services, and job framework.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues and analyzing application logs.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows including:
• Catalog Management
• Pricing & Promotions
• Search & Merchandising
• Checkout & Payments
• Order Management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
