Salesforce Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements in Salesforce CPQ.
• Analyze business needs and develop solutions using Agile methodologies (Scrum) to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize tasks, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful UAT testing.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify roadblocks, and resolve issues.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CPQ module within Salesforce platform.
• Experience working on complex projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Waterfall.
