Salesforce Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for process
solution designing, project design and monitoring, product development
and delivery, product testing, and training and handholding.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of industry processes and operations
Good with numbers and love for technology/automation
¢ Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and
persistent learner with the ability to constantly learn & grow.
¢ Ability to reason, think and identify problems.
¢ Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with
attention to detail.
¢ Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues
quickly and professionally
Roles and Responsibilities:
¢ As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside technical leads and
salesforce developers to design, develop and deploy enterprise
solutions.
¢ Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement
sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user
training.
¢ Analyse requirements and identify appropriate user stories.

¢ Create supporting documentation for requirements.
¢ Ensure all customer conversations are recorded and need to follow
up with customers & the technical team.
¢ Be the liaison between the business team, technical team, and clients.
