Salesforce Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and business process mapping
• Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have

• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in process optimization and Salesforce automation.
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
