Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and objectives.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to understand current business processes and define future-state requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using Salesforce capabilities.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities, features, best practices, and limitations.
• Develop detailed current-state and future-state process maps using standard business process modeling techniques.
• Design scalable, efficient, and user-centric business processes aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Translate business and process requirements into clear, detailed, and actionable functional requirements for Salesforce Technical Architects and Development teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
• Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Process Flow Diagrams
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Gap Analysis Documents
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support requirement validation, solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure that proposed Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and support long-term scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Excellent experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes.
• Experience creating BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience conducting workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
