Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and project teams.
• Analyze and improve existing Salesforce business processes and workflows.
• Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and migration projects.
• Conduct requirement validation, UAT support, and solution walkthroughs.
• Identify gaps and recommend effective Salesforce-based solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, CRM processes, and business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, Flows, reports, dashboards, security, and automation.
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.
