About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst + Administrator who can effectively bridge business requirements and Salesforce technical solutions while managing platform administration, configuration, and governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and platform optimization . This role requires a professional who can drive business process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the Salesforce platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Process Flows
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, Salesforce developers, and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-offs.
- Prepare training materials, process documentation, and user guides.
- Drive organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure and manage:
- Custom Objects
- Fields and Page Layouts
- Record Types
- Validation Rules
- Approval Processes
- Salesforce Flows
- Manage user administration including:
- Roles
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Sharing Rules
- Security Controls
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance through continuous monitoring.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
Platform Optimization & Leadership
- Optimize business processes using Salesforce best practices and automation capabilities.
- Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers on integrations and complex customizations.
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and Salesforce Administrators.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Deep expertise in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Salesforce Flow
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce Data Model
- Security Model
- Roles & Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Sharing Rules
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Expertise in:
- Reports & Dashboards

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
